Current website behavior
The current static marketing build does not intentionally collect personal information, set marketing cookies or submit demo-request data to a third party.
This statement must be reviewed whenever analytics, advertising pixels, consent tools, lead capture or embedded services are introduced.
Information required before launch
The client must confirm the legal entity name, registered address, privacy contact, operating jurisdictions, lawful bases, retention periods, subprocessors and international transfer arrangements.
The approved analytics, advertising, CRM, email and hosting services must be listed with their actual data-processing behavior.
Your rights and contact details
Applicable privacy rights and the process for exercising them must be supplied or approved by the client's legal adviser for the jurisdictions in which Zourvex operates.
A monitored privacy email address and any required regulator or representative details must be provided before this notice can be marked final.
